Employment Services Department provides an array of services and programs to help you enter the workforce confidently. Our team provides resume building support, employment readiness, career exploration, and job placement services. We also work with a range of employers and industries to help you find suitable employment to reach self-sufficiency.
What services do we offer?
PCG offers a range of supports to help customers gain employment. The following services are available to you through PCG’s Employment Services Department:

Employment Services Workshops
To help you prepare to begin your job search with confidence. Topics addressed during these workshops include resume building, interview preparation, skill development, time management, financial literacy, and many more.

Acculturation Workshops
Help newcomers understand and acclimate to the US culture to be set for success.

Work Experience and Expanded Work Experience (EWE) Programs
Allow you to gain skills, recent work experience, and professional references necessary to obtain employment in your field of interest. You may qualify for the paid program, which would allow you to participate 20 hours per week at minimum hourly wage.

Employment placement supports such as job leads, job fairs information, and connections to employers.
