The event will begin with a cocktail hour at 5:00 pm, followed by a sit-down, plated dinner and program. Celebrating and dancing begins immediately following.

Although tuxedos and floor length gowns are not required, the Gala is a formal event so guests should dress accordingly (think sharp suits and cocktail attire).

The Fairmont Copley Plaza is located at 138 St. James Avenue and offers valet parking for $45.
Nearby discounted self-parking is available after 5 p.m. at the Garage at 100 Clarendon and Back Bay Garage. The Back Bay MBTA station is one block away.

The hotel is accessible by public transit (Orange Line Back Bay Station) as well as taxis and ride share services.

Will employees be reimbursed for travel, hotel, and/or parking expenses incurred as a result of attending the Gala?
Yes, PCG will reimburse certain travel and lodging expenses for employees who attend the Gala, including hotel room, airfare (if traveling from out of state), ride shares/taxis, and parking. PCG will also reimburse travel expenses for your guest.
Expense reimbursement instructions for Workday, PCG’s financial management system, are available on the intranet. Please keep track of receipts. Expenses will be billed to your department overhead code. Contact your manager with questions.
Will locally-based employees also be reimbursed for their hotel rooms?
In many cases, yes, but the decision will ultimately be up to the respective department director. Therefore, locally-based employees should first confirm with their manager that the room cost is approved for reimbursement. Please keep track of receipts.
Will employees traveling to the event have to use PTO if traveling during work hours?
Employees may work remotely and/or in the Boston office on Thursday and Friday; if not working, employees will need to use PTO.
